I may ask additional questions before giving you a quote and estimated final price. Once you accept the quote, we sign a commission or translation contract.

I reserve the right to refuse any commissions.

Deliver the commission text and any appendices electronically and in easily readable form. You will receive the finished work electronically.

Deliver the source text for a translation as a .pdf file unless we have agreed otherwise. I deliver the finished translation as a .pdf file unless we agree on something else.

Deliver files for editing and sensitivity reading as .docx, .rtf or .odp files, as these file formats allow for easy editing and commenting, unless we have mutually agreed on a different method. I will deliver the edits in your requested format.
